This Privacy Policy explains how Qyntera ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with our apps and games. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to being transparent about our practices.
Our apps are designed to be used without an account. We do not require you to register, log in, or provide any personal information to use them.
We do not collect:
To maintain stability and improve our apps, we use the following services that may collect limited technical data:
Sentry (Crash Reporting) — We use Sentry to detect and diagnose crashes and errors. Sentry may collect device type, operating system version, app version, and anonymized stack traces. This data is used solely to fix bugs and does not identify you personally. For more information, see Sentry's Privacy Policy.
No advertising SDKs, analytics trackers, or social login services are integrated in our apps.
If you make in-app purchases, all payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive, store, or process any payment card information. Please refer to Apple's or Google's privacy policies for details on how they handle purchase data.
Our apps store your progress, settings, and preferences locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since we do not collect personal information from any users, our apps are safe for all ages. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Our apps may contain links to external websites or app store pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, the risk of a data breach affecting your personal information is minimal. Crash report data transmitted to Sentry is protected in transit using industry-standard encryption.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. Since we do not collect personal data, these rights are largely not applicable. For any questions or requests, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at Qyntera@proton.me.
