These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all apps, games, and services created and published by Qyntera ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our apps for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

Some of our apps offer virtual items or content available for purchase ("In-App Purchases"). All In-App Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the refund policies of Apple or Google.
Virtual items purchased within our apps have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the app.
Some apps may include virtual currency or collectible items. These are licensed to you, not sold. We reserve the right to modify, manage, or eliminate virtual items at any time. We have no liability to you for any such changes.
All content in our apps — including but not limited to graphics, sounds, music, code, and game design — is the exclusive property of Qyntera or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in our apps or their content.
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of our apps is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Qyntera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any of our apps (or any part of them) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our apps after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as required by law.
